SUSTAINABLE BY-PRODUCT TURNED INTO A LUXURY INGREDIENT.
We developed the branding and packaging for VENÍS new product: Icelandic Codfish Maw. The Maw is the swim bladder of Cod and is normally discarded as a by-product from the fishing industry. The bladder is harvested, cleaned and dried and then packed. Codfish Maw is an excellent source of collagen and protein and adds nutrition and texture to soups and stews.
